She was able to accommodate a service appointment same week despite short notice and our 2-hr travel distance to Grande Prairie. Elaine provided fantastic hospitality on our arrival and advance review of booked maintenance items to confirm accuracy, as well as very welcome arrangement for a rental vehicle at very discounted rate for the day. The service of numerous requested items was completed. Elaine further exhibited great due diligence checking with us mid-point on one matter, providing us advance opportunity to clear to proceed on, and another unanticipated item we elected to defer to later date. Thorough review of items completed at payment including an opportunity to view undercarriage with mechanic. While waiting near end of servicing had a very good discussion with James about Xterra model reliable history, consistent good engineering/design and new Xterra line, as well as Nissan Juke. He answered my queries with great courtesy and without any premature sales pressure. We purchased our first Xterra from GP Nissan, and this experience confirms that we may do so again at the appropriate point in the future. Well done. More

Not only do I feel she will take care of my car property but I know that any other underlining issues regarding my car will be brought to my attention before it comes to the point where it is too late to prevent anything. Her knowledge and experience makes her a huge asset to this dealership and team. It’s one thing to have a visit or two with a sales rep in purchasing your car, it’s the services gals out in the shop who will be your future resources and the people who you will meet with most often in the years to come regarding your vehicle. Thank you Mandy on another job well done to go out of your way to make my visit a smooth and pleasant experience. If you move to another dealership I will be chasing you, even though I can’t stand Ford ;) so please don’t think about relocating- because I really like my Nissan and the whole team there. Better then good I went to grande prairie Nissan as a first timer in the service department. We were traveling through and needed an oil change. We were met by a wonde I went to grande prairie Nissan as a first timer in the service department. We were traveling through and needed an oil change. We were met by a wonderful young lady who welcomed us in, showed us to the little sitting lounge and let Us know there was coffee and tea or what ever else we wanted. They did our Oil change in less then 30 minutes. Not even our local dealership treats us with the professialism we relieved at this dealership. I would recommend to anyone. More

Amazing service department I love coming to this dealership for my oil changes. Not only are the people wonderful and the service great but they have a kids play place that my k I love coming to this dealership for my oil changes. Not only are the people wonderful and the service great but they have a kids play place that my kids enjoy for that half hour while my vehicle is being looked after. Time and time again Mandy greets me with her contagious smile. It feels like a small town atmosphere at grande prairie Nissan where everyone knows each other on a first name basis. Great job guys.
