I research the Car Cost Canada value of the vehicle every time I go into a negotiation and I have never once had to pull out this leverage. Average at best No one met me in the show room on the first visit, after 20 minutes I just left. Second visit I already had a vehicle in mind, I was not greeted for t No one met me in the show room on the first visit, after 20 minutes I just left. Second visit I already had a vehicle in mind, I was not greeted for the second time in the show room. After 15 minutes I approached the service desk to have a sales rep paged to meet me. After 20 minutes I was met. I bought the truck I wanted. On the day of delivery, financing was incorrect. Had to rewrite the contract while I waited. I opened the hood and found that there was a squirrel nest encasing the battery. Don't know what kind of pre delivery inspection misses that...I called two months later to have some warranty issues addressed, there is no record of me purchasing the truck at Erinwood Ford. I had to convince the service rep that I bought it there... made the appointment... not keeping my hopes up for a good servicing experience... More
