When I go to the dealership, it feels like I am amongst friends who are eager to help me have a great experience. I have just picked up my third car and have been working with Lucasz Dulny since the beginning and he has been nothing short of awesome. What I like the most is how he has laid back and asks lots of questions about ways. I will be using my vehicles which to me is very valuable because he is thinking about the situations I face and helping me prepare for them. It’s solution consulting all day long. I love it. The service team also is fabulous and is always very accommodating considerate of my time and always friendly even when they’re having a crappy day. Ella has taken amazing care of me and as soon as I walk in the door, even if I don’t have an appointment, she knows exactly what’s going on with my truck and greets me with a smile. Overall, everyone at Erinwood is really cool about how they operate and I think this speaks volumes about the culture and leadership of owner Dave Raymond. He has always smiling and from what I have seen is the type of leader who empowers his people to do what they feel is right in the situation for the customer and the business. I live 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership and keep coming back so they are clearly doing something right. More
