Incredible experience from start to finish! My wife and I were thinking about getting a new car for a while but weren't in a real rush to do it. We decided on the weekend to go from dealership My wife and I were thinking about getting a new car for a while but weren't in a real rush to do it. We decided on the weekend to go from dealership to dealership to do some research and see what was out there, and after about 5 minutes of being at Courtesy Ford we knew we had found the right place. We were immediately and kindly greeted by Dan as we were walking around outside looking at the cars, and even though we told him we were just looking he stayed with us and answered all of our questions about the vehicles we saw, went multiple times to get keys for different cars until we had found one we really liked. From that point on everything was very smooth. He came along with us for our test drives and demonstrated all the features on the Fusion we would eventually decide to purchase, answered our questions, and when we got back he let us talk in private in his office. During the entire process he was extremely kind, knowledgeable about his inventory, compassionate and never made us feel pressured, he wanted to make sure we were completely comfortable with our decision. Upon shaking hands, we were introduced to Adel in the finance department who went over some different warranty options and he as well was very kind, and never made us feel pressured into buying the warranty (which we did!) As we were about to leave, Dan was waiting for us to say goodbye and make sure he knew when we were coming to pick up the car, and as well we were greeted by one of the Sales Managers, Luis, who thanked us for our business. On delivery day, Dan was ready for us, showed us everything in the Fusion and made sure we were comfortable with all of the features before we left, and as well helped us connect our phone over the SYNC system. As well, Luis came once again to say hi and make sure we were happy with everything. As my title says, we were extremely pleased with the entire experience from start to finish and Courtesy Ford is not your typical dealership, you really need to come here for your next vehicle!
