Busy dealership. There were 40 cars ahead of me for service. I was told 2 hours for an oil change (with an appointment). It took almost 4 hours. I declined the free wash because that would of been another 30 minutes. The dealership was clean, employees were friendly but busy and appeared well organized. The 4 hour time for an oil change and added brake flush was a bit extreme. More
