Service Advisor Lucy was excellent. Very personable, informed and efficient. When I called to make the appointment I asked for a loaner. I was told it would take only 2 hours for service and I could not get a loaner. I brought my vehicle in at 8:30 am and waited until my car was ready at 12:30 pm. 4 Hours, a far cry from the 2 hours I was told. My wife is disabled and I need to be home to supervise her care. When I purchased my vehicle I specifically asked if I could have a loaner when it needed Service. I was told yes and there was no mention of a 2 hour threshold Thank you Jim herbert More
