Engine light is on ( orange graphic of motor) on display. All available systems are green checks=OK. Message read out on display says survive due. It was not reset after all fluids flushed and changed. New hot oil smell, never had it before. Service summary states oil leak. Was drain put on tight enough? It never had burnt oil smell ever. Lucy was my advisor who kept me well informed for costs and estimated wait time. My only complaint is the waiting room chairs are not comfortable and the area is chilly. They seem to be overwhelmed with the volume of work but are trying their best. Although the tech inspection video was helpful in this case the tech missed an obvious leaking bushing in the front suspension are trying their best. Although the tech inspection video was helpful in this case the tech missed an obvious leaking bushing in the front suspension which requied a second trip to service. A bit disappointed the car would have this type of leak with only 80K miles and of course- way out of warranty. However, considering my recent service experience on a different car at another dealership just down the road from BMW, my experience at BMW was fantastic. More
