An Excellent Service I purchased a Toyota Venza 2015 and the service that Lito Santiago provided was excellent. It's was my first time buying a car at Toyota Scarborough, I purchased a Toyota Venza 2015 and the service that Lito Santiago provided was excellent. He responded to all of my questions, including responding to an email on his day off and provided me with information I needed to make my final decision. I was choosing between the Hylander and the Mazda CX9 and in the end, Lito's service was one of the reasons that I chose Toyota. I would highly recommend this dealership and of course Lito. When the car arrived, Lito made sure I was comfortable with all of the new features in the car and I was able to drive out of the dealership in great shape. I appreciate all of the time and effort. Excellent Customer Service One Friday morning got a courtesy call from the gentleman called "Lito Santiago". I booked my appointment with him for Saturday morning and when I visited him , he welcomed me with a big smile and assisted me in finding what is suitable for me. He informed me in detailed with regards to the new features of 2014 RAV4 and Financing which I greatly appreciated which makes my search & decision easy. Even after sales, I can call him anytime and patiently took time to assist me in presenting my concern to whichever department that I may need help. I will gladly recommend him, his Manager Richard Alam and Sales Manager John Sediq for openness, helping nature and excellent customer service to the buyer like me. I have been leasing Toyota Rav4 for last seven years and this time I finance my new car. I have been treated well and efficiently, by Lito, his manager Richard Alam and John Sediq. They are very courteous, very approachable and knowledgeable about cars. Overall a positive experience every time I visit this dealership. This is my 3rd Toyota car and I always stick with Toyota even I get good deals from other dealers because of Toyota's excellent customer service I received from person like Lito, his Manager Richard Alam and John Sediq! Amazing Deal & Amazing person We bought a 2014 Highlander Limited in February and we got it in May. Although it has been a long wait but it's worth it. From the time we inquired about the truck, Lito made himself available right away to answer all our questions about the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the car and left no questions unanswered. He gave us a huge discount also that nobody would resist. We like his attitudes too, he is always in contact to provide us updates while we were still waiting for our car. And after we picked up our car, he keeps in touch too to find out how we like the car, if there are any issues with the car and other things. When i recommended him to my co-worker, he did the same thing and made my co-worker bought a new Sienna. I would personally recommend for future buyers to look for this guy because of his knowledge about the cars and his before and after sales service. More

Poor Customer Service-Disillusioned! I recently purchased a new RAV 4 from Scarborough Toyota. Problems arose once I had bought the car. No one bothered to mention the dealership promot I recently purchased a new RAV 4 from Scarborough Toyota. Problems arose once I had bought the car. No one bothered to mention the dealership promotion of selecting a Complimentary Extended warrenty to 5 yrs/100k. I found out about this promotion in the Toronto Star the same Saturday I purchased the car. I contacted Lito about this situation and I was told I received a good deal so...This clearly did not address my question. Though I purchased a new car on August 9 somehow they are exempting me from the extended warranty promotion. I am profoundly disappointed with Lito and the dealership for how they have provided customer service and a lack of transparency. The trust relationship has unfortunately been damaged. I will take all of my future business elsewhere in the future, unless this situation is remedied to my satisfaction. More
