I never write reviews but this is deserving. I was looking to get a newer BMW and found a low mileage car at BMW of West Chester. The sales rep who reached out was Lauren. Lauren, was amazing she really made the whole experience extremely smooth. Driving over 2 hours I did not know how everything will go. Once I pulled in she was there to greet me. All the paperwork was all completed and only need a few signatures. I extremely appreciate all the work Lauren did for me she truly is amazing.
