You can trust that they are going to be honest about what needs to be done and what doesn't. They will go over your vehicle with a fine tooth comb and make sure your vehicle is in top performance shape. I have been very happy with the service from Kolby Mclean and Mike House, they have always been great to me. I had the misfortune of buying a newer 2015 Kia Soul from a different dealer....it was the car I wanted at what i thought was a good price. I was so wrong......It was a lemon. And I ended up paying more for the 2015 then the new 2016's on the lot After E-mailing Roy Berenstein at Harris Kia in Nanaimo...I dropped into the lot to see what there was available and got talking with Cameron Adams who with Roy came to my rescue and along with Jan Cox helped me to trade into a very similar car which I feel safe in again to drive. I will continue to deal with Harris Kia and its staff hopefully for many years and if your looking for a new or used car.....please go Visit Cameron or I'm sure any salesperson would be more then happy to help you find the car that you want at a price you want to pay More

Above and beyond! I have been servicing my 2010 KIA Forte with the great staff at Harris Kia since I bought the car in 2009. I use my car daily for my courier business I have been servicing my 2010 KIA Forte with the great staff at Harris Kia since I bought the car in 2009. I use my car daily for my courier business and travel upwards of 350 km a day....I do an oil change roughly every 5 weeks. Mike and Colby and the rest of staff have been absolutely awesome to deal with. They know I rely on my vehicle and are more than accommodating in squeezing me in and getting me on my way with the peace of mind that the service was done right. All in all I really haven't had to do much other than regular maintenance until recently. I have 406,000 km and needed my clutch and brakes done, they gave me the quote for labour and threw in the clutch at no charge for being a great customer! UNBELIEVABLE! My Forte has been an incredible little car and still runs like new thanks to the great people at Harris KIA. Thanks Again! More
