My vehicle has been there since May 9, 2024. Customer service is awful. I haven't received any calls as far as the status of my vehicle. They have tried to get me to pick my car up without finishing the repairs. To bring it back when it's convenient for me. I just want my car repaired and they will never see me again. I've had to escalate this to Hyundai corporation. The management at this dealership need to be replaced with people that care about it's customers. More

Did a great job with aranging the warrenty work I needed. Provided me with "loaner" and when it looked like the parts were going to take a long time they allowed me to get may car back until the parts arrive Provided me with "loaner" and when it looked like the parts were going to take a long time they allowed me to get may car back until the parts arrive (needed part did not affect the drivablity). Juan Vasquez made sure that the part came in and had my car serviced same day. I appreciate the job completed in a timely fashion. The outcome was wonderful.
