He was patient and went above and beyond the call of duty to show me many cars and find the right one for me. Also the Business manager was great and didn't pressure me to buy all the upsells offered when signing for the car. Ken and administration staff were great to address all problems and concerns pre and post delivery of the car to make things right and made me leave with a smile on my face when everything was said and done. Will definitely be going back in the near future when I upgrade my current BMW from them. More
