Kati is a great sales person. Sales department and the finance department are good. Would of gave a five star rating but I cannot stand to deal with the service department. Between my wife and myself we have owned 4 new Hyundai vehicales since 2005 and now the used Hyundai Elantra which if it is anything like the first one I owned I’ll be very happy with it. Back to the service department. I have had only one good experience with them and that was back in 2006. Ever since then I try to avoid dealing with that department when ever I can. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing in that part of the building. I’m glad that the Hyundai products are reliable or I would not buy any if I had to deal with the service department. Kati is a excellent sales person and I hope to deal with her more in the future. More
