A very satisfactory experience After having bought my 2020 Altima just 6 or so weeks ago, I had a relatively minor technical issue ( 3 small orange lites blinking on the dash bo After having bought my 2020 Altima just 6 or so weeks ago, I had a relatively minor technical issue ( 3 small orange lites blinking on the dash board area from time to time),and I wanted to have the situation checked out. The ICC distance sensor was checked out and the car was test driven several times. Everything in order and apparently ok. I was impressed by the fact that the mechanic involved ( Brian) personally talked with me about the situation when I picked up the car to leave. Service Manager Kathy was very pleasant and helpful to work with in scheduling the appointment and in managing my visit once I arrived at the service department. This was my first purchase from a Gates Dealership. I look forward to bringing the car in for the regular service calls over the years ahead. More

Service on my 2017 Altima I want to commend all the people that are working during this time in our nation. Our business has been ask by the KY Health Officials not to do our I want to commend all the people that are working during this time in our nation. Our business has been ask by the KY Health Officials not to do our in home cleaning services during this time. I am thankful for the foresight of our KY government during this time. There are people that are working that are very much needed to keep Americans going. Kathy was so very kind and helpful the other day during my service. I was way over on my mileage, I needed to have it done. It is our only vehicle at this time and very much needed. I am thankful for all the wonderful people at Gate's their dedication to our family has always been heart warming. Thank you Kathy for making me feel at ease because I did not want to come.
