Tire purchase We recently purchased tires for our Titan and my daughter's fusion for the buy 3 and get 1 tire for 1 dollar. Kathy was great to work with. I ordered We recently purchased tires for our Titan and my daughter's fusion for the buy 3 and get 1 tire for 1 dollar. Kathy was great to work with. I ordered the tires over the phone and sent my wife and daughter to have the tires put on the fusion. They had to wait for a longer period of time than normal and Kathy told my wife that the next service will be free. They are also holding my tires for me for a couple of weeks until I can come and pick them up. This is just one of the many reasons Gates Nissan Service department is so great to work with. I would also like to thank Gates for sending out how they are keeping the facility cleaned during the Covid 19 outbreak. Just continues to prove what I say about them. The customer comes first! More

Top Notch Service! I first tried Gates Nissan when another KY Nissan dealer was unable to get the tire pressure the same on all my tires, even after two tries. It made me wonder how they were handling the rest of my service. A mile after I left Gates Nissan after the first visit, I checked tire pressures and they were all identical and at the requested pressure. It's a little thing but I found it to be indicative of attention to detail and good service I always get at Gates Nissan. Kathy has always been excellent in taking care of required service and also keeping me updated on upcoming service and needed options. She's outstanding to work with and now that she's Service Manager, I know her philosophy of taking good care of every customer will continue throughout the service department. While I'd primarily bought Toyotas, the good service at Gates Nissan convinced me to buy another Nissan when it was time to sell our faithful Camry. There are enough details in life to worry about, so knowing your auto dealer will take care of you and your vehicles (and at a fair price) is important to me -- and something I can always count on with Kathy and Gates Nissan. More
