John Smith followed up on the vehicle status made sure everything was all right, he also offered should any issues will arise to bring the vehicle back again. Richard Loucks is an excellent in his field, got my daughter approved and was very polite and thoughtful today upon my arrival dealing with the vehicle. Katerina was the one who we signed all the documents with, she was great all the way, polite, understanding and very humble. I'm glad overall Shaw GMC stood up by their word and corrected all the issues. Seeing a problem and doing nothing about it is one thing, but management at Shaw made sure things were looked after, and bringing final satisfaction to their clients does matter. We will recommend Shaw GMC to our friends and family, and again thank you for looking after us and correcting all the issues. More
