The sales staff was courteous and there were no high pressure tactics. Gary Mack was my salesman and he was straightforward and very polite. I was introduced to Sales Managers, technicians and detailers. Everyone I met was courteous and helpful. One of the technicians, Stevon, took the time to tell me quite a bit about the M550xi I purchased. The gentleman that detailed my vehicle stayed late to ensure I was able to take delivery the same night even after I offered to come back the following day to pick it up. In summary, this was, by far, the best vehicle purchasing experience that I’ve had. More
