From my first interaction with the internet department to driving off the lot, this was a very pleasant experience. No pressure from sales or the finance office. Everyone I talked to actually knew the answer driving off the lot, this was a very pleasant experience. No pressure from sales or the finance office. Everyone I talked to actually knew the answers to my questions. Mary was my salesperson and is very knowledgeable about BMWs and is a pleasure to deal with. Karl, the general sales manager worked with me over the phone regarding my trade and was always up front and honest. The finance department didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want. Overall they get an A+. Go there, buy a car and have no regrets! More

Make it 6 stars as they always do a great job. However, I must tell you that I HATE getting these surveys. I swear I can't even go to hamburger join without them wanting to know if they did good job.
