I have made less than favorable visits to some of the other other GM dealers (1 in particular was very poor) I found the staff at HMP to be very professional and courteous which is an expectation I would have at any dealership. I mean, lets face it a vehicle purchase is a big purchase. The email and text communication was very prompt. I felt like I was respected and appreciated as a potential customer. The jury is still out on the vehicle I purchased it is a five year old used truck so time will tell. There are a few things that concern me a little about it. I have a very high expectations for a vehicle. My last GM pick-up was finally retired at 530000km. Justin was excellent to deal with and was very courteous and knowledgeable I really appreciated the fact that Anne recognized that I had driven an hour and a half to get there and made me feel welcome immediately. Justin is very flexible and accommodating, ready to come to work earlier and leave later if needed and convenient for the customer, which was very important to us.
