Yes I think I'm fussy when it comes to my vehicles but the salesmen detected this and looked after keeping my vehicle inside and safe. I have made less than favorable visits to some of the other other GM dealers (1 in particular was very poor) I found the staff at HMP to be very professional and courteous which is an expectation I would have at any dealership. I mean, lets face it a vehicle purchase is a big purchase. The email and text communication was very prompt. I felt like I was respected and appreciated as a potential customer. The jury is still out on the vehicle I purchased it is a five year old used truck so time will tell. There are a few things that concern me a little about it. I have a very high expectations for a vehicle. My last GM pick-up was finally retired at 530000km. Justin was excellent to deal with and was very courteous and knowledgeable I really appreciated the fact that Anne recognized that I had driven an hour and a half to get there and made me feel welcome immediately.
