He has been a great help to my final decision. I have already recomemded him to couple of my friends for his customer service and product knowledge. I was planning on buying ford before this but because i wanted to trade my car in it was bit hard as the other dealers did not even bother to look or give any specific price. Justin did do everything for me and I was immediately able to make my decision. He is a great asset to the company. I wish him best of luck for his future. More

Visit #1. We arrived at Capital GMC and were greeted by Justin Hoffart. Made us feel welcome. Following some product research and narrowing we returned set up a test drive. We were introduced to Serey Uy. He was friendly and efficient in his product test drive preparation. We were satisfied with the vehicle and decided to make an offer. Serey presented our intentions to his Sales Manager, Fred Petrowich. After a couple of back and fourths we were walking away. Fred was fair, firm, and friendly. Reconsidered, returned, and met Fred's final offer. Agreement set we were introduced to Finance Manager, Jessica Peppler. She was friendly and efficient. All in all we had a positive buying experience. We would send positive referrals to all of those we dealt with. More

I gave the salesmen the features I wanted in a vehicle and the price range that I wanted and they did exactly that. Never given any thought to the vehicle I purchased but they let me take it for a spin an and the price range that I wanted and they did exactly that. My husband and I had been shopping for a new vehicle and stop many times to browe their lot, they have such a great selection. Once we looked around and decided what we wanted to test drive we stopped in and Justin was there to greet us and he has a very nice personality and very fitting for sales. He was more then informative and made us comfortable right away so once we talked a bit and showed him what we were looking at we soon were on the road test driving. The rest is history and Justin knew what he was doing letting us test drive the Cadillac 1st beautiful car we love it. The day I went back to pick up our new car was a great experience as it took time but they made the time worth while treated me very well gave me a grand tour of service area which I found quite interesting and now know when I go back. Great overall experience and would certainly recommend this dealer! More

All of the people at Capital were awesome. I had been invited to a private sale, but never in my wildest dreams did I expect to drive home in a new Cadillac SRX!
