Like many I was a bit concerned about shopping for a vehicle and being aggressively attacked by a sales person, to my pleasant surprise this was not the case at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. I was so happy with the great customer service I received from Jorge & Julio that I referred my mom, who purchased a new car. (Julio was also my cousin's salesman & she purchased a new Lexus a couple of days from Jorge & Julio that I referred my mom, who purchased a new car. (Julio was also my cousin's salesman & she purchased a new Lexus a couple of days before I purchased my car.) I was able to get the car I wanted, (which is practically brand new) at a price range that works for my budget. I didn't feel hassled or pressured. It was a pleasurable experience that I look forward to having again in the future. More
