Could've used a little heads up to let me know when my batteries weren't in the shop. 3 times I came in and was told that my batteries were still on back order, instead of getting a courtesy call a day or batteries weren't in the shop. 3 times I came in and was told that my batteries were still on back order, instead of getting a courtesy call a day or 2 before. Otherwise, overall it was a good experience and the car was finished in a timely matter when it made it into the shop. More

Communication lacks overall with this dealer. Being left high and dry on the status of your vehicle is unsettling. The need to pull teeth often creates a lack trust. No communication. Poor customer service. I had to call them back to check on a light they broke, then they couldn't be bothered to call me when it came in. I had to ca Poor customer service. My brand new vehicle was missing a clip with the mud flap stub hanging by one clip and they said they had to order the part- then called the next morning and said it had arrived. I am still on a waiting list for keypad entry because they failed to mention they were not available when i made my purchase. WILL NOT RECOMMEND. More

JUAN OROZCO was very professional and accommodated to all my needs. By picking up my box truck and take it to the shop for repairs. Very very grateful for Juan being able to get my box truck to the shop whil my needs. By picking up my box truck and take it to the shop for repairs.
