The billing is fairly transparent so I can see exactly what they build for as well as know what's coming up as far as maintenance goes. I don't feel like they're trying to sell me something all the time that makes me feel good. It does also help that they are very friendly as a group and they work well with each Other. I have confidence in Corwin Ford. More

Around 11 I tried to call in and check on status - but spent two hours on the phone just getting bounced around trying to find someone who knew anything. Around 3 they finally called me back asking me to come in - all they had done at that point was take it on a 15 minute test drive. We went again, I pointed it out, and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Finally got my car and a $75 bill (for the half hour, plus a 10% fee that they said they add to everyones bill to clean rags) around 4. Horrible efficiency and customer service. When I asked why it took 2 to 3 hours to get someone on the phone they told me that was just the way it is there. More
