My most recent visit was for a routine 10k service, but a problem with a leaking oil seal required a second visit with the vehicle left overnight. I was given a new Camry for a loaner, and picked my car up the next day. Two or three days later I checked the engine oil and discovered it was over-filled more than 2 inches above the upper dipstick mark. When I drained oil to get the level between the two indicator marks, there appeared to be about 4 quarts of oil in the drain pan. My guess is that the vehicle was given two servings of oil, and the level was not checked before release. Whatever, this indicates a QC problem. I did let Josh Pippin know of the problem, and he advised that since the condition was only for a short time and limited mileage, he didn't think there was concern of damage.
