Mark Shaw the best experience I have ever had Mark Shaw and Elkins Chevrolet makes you feel like you want to buy a car or truck every other day. Excellent Customer Service Traveling from Norfolk to Toms River NJ today for a family furneral my oil pressure dropped to zero & check engine light came on. I got off the NJ Tu Traveling from Norfolk to Toms River NJ today for a family furneral my oil pressure dropped to zero & check engine light came on. I got off the NJ Turnpike & googled Chevy Dealers, at 5pm. Thankfully I arrived at Elkins Chevrolet & was greated by Josh. I wanted a diagnosis of how bad it was & could I travel with the problem? Not only did I get a quick diagnosis Elkins Chevrolet service was open till 9PM. Josh reduced my anxiety-had his mechanic fix the problem & I was back on the NJ Turnpike by 7PM. As I reflect back on this event I see that Josh's last name is Elkins. No doubt that customer service is in his genes. Thank you Josh & Elkins Chevrolet- as I drove past the closed dealership in Mt Holly & was lucky to find Elkins Chevrolet ready to serve any Chevrolet owner. Honest and trustworthy I took my car in for transmission trouble which, of course, gave me anxiety because we all know how costly transmission trouble can be! I won't bore y I took my car in for transmission trouble which, of course, gave me anxiety because we all know how costly transmission trouble can be! I won't bore you with ALL of the details but long story short, they rebuilt my entire transmission for free because the part was under a special Chevy service program. The part was never recalled but if the part is to go bad they are to replace the part at no charge. I would've never known that, because it's not due to an open recall. They had an opportunity to screw me and take my money, but instead when they found the issue they took it upon themselves to see if the part was covered, and it was. My car was there for a few days, my transmission was rebuilt, and I owed $0.00!!! To me, upstanding mechanics are hard to come by, I am thankful to have a dealership nearby that I know I can trust!! More

I had tire issues. My car was telling me that my current tire pressures were low and to have them checked. After having them filled repeatedly and to have my car tell me My car was telling me that my current tire pressures were low and to have them checked. After having them filled repeatedly and to have my car tell me that they were still low, I decided to go to Elkins Chevrolet to get my car serviced. I walked in and was greeted immediately by a friendly employee named Josh. He told me it would not take long to have my tires checked out. Turns out that I did not have a leak and they promptly put my tires back on, fixed the issue with my car telling me I had low air pressures. Now the car and tires are working properly and I couldn't have asked for better service. Going back to the service department at Elkins Chevrolet anytime I have an issue with my car. More
