Great Experience. No pressure. Staff is very friendly. We have leased 5 cars from Elkins Chevrolet since 2013 and every experience has been great. The sales staff is always friendly and courteous and there is never any pressure. I told our Sales Rep., (Boris Karolik), what payment I was comfortable at and he did everything possible to get me there. He gave me a few other options and told me which car would best fit my needs and financial situation. It turns out the best deal was the Equinox. It has always been a stress free experience. My wife and I will definitely be back for our next lease and I have told several friends who may be looking to buy a car in the near future to check out Elkins Chevrolet. More

Honest, Professional, Quick Walked in for an oil change in my 2013 corvette. Walked out with a 2017 stingray. I've seen Todd around the dealership during other visits and this time I jokingly asked him If I could leave my white vette in the service garage and leave with the show room stingray. Without hesitation he said "sure, lets make it happen, come take a seat for a moment." Who knew I'd never see the white corvette I brought in for a simple service visit which by the way, as always was a very pleasurable check-in experience. I'm not sure how he was able to hit my target number and get me in and out of the dealership in only a couple hours but he made it happen, as promised. From the very start he told me the absolute best finance numbers I was able to get with my trade-in. I was very comfortable with the new payment especially after he linked me up with an insurance agency who saved me tremendously on my annual coverage. I now own one of my dream cars and Todd and the Elkins Crew made it happen. It's nice knowing I have my goto salesman forever . I appreciate being taken care of and now hounded at the door like I am at other dealerships. If you are not loyal to a sales professional at Elkins chevy, there's absolutely no reason not to work with the best. Ask for Todd. More

Repeat Business This is my second purchase from Elkins Chevrolet in Marlton. I bought a 2015 Malibu from them brand new in July 2015. I was in a terrible car accide This is my second purchase from Elkins Chevrolet in Marlton. I bought a 2015 Malibu from them brand new in July 2015. I was in a terrible car accident in December 2016. My car was totaled, but that machine is the reason I can still be here. Once I was cleared to drive, after 4 months of being unable, the first place I went to was Elkins to test drive another Malibu. I walk in, and my previous salesman Mike Montez remembered who I was without needing a computer to pull up my information. He got me in a car, and two days later I picked it up. The level of customer service is completely unmatched, as they truly care about the customers. To show you how friendly they are, I picked up my new car on my birthday, and they had balloons for me. Those little things really make it an experience, and not just a process. Lisa in finance made the paperwork as quick and as painless as possible. Major thank you to the Elkins Family for making this as easy as possible. As long as there's an Elkins in that builiding, that's where I'll buy my cars. More

Corrected a very annoying and hard to figure out problem After first taking my truck to my regular mechanic who is very good but he could not solvent a bad vibration problem that I was having with my Silvera After first taking my truck to my regular mechanic who is very good but he could not solvent a bad vibration problem that I was having with my Silverado. But the mechanic at Elkins knew very quickly what it was an fixed the problem 100%! The annoying vibration is gone, the truck feeling brand new. I could not be happier. Thank You Elkins!!! More

Convenient, Friendly, & Easy! I never go to dealerships because of having the fear of being attacked by salesman the moment my car pulls on the lot, paying triple the amount for a I never go to dealerships because of having the fear of being attacked by salesman the moment my car pulls on the lot, paying triple the amount for a basic oil change, and the uncomfortable - forceful - upselling strategies of the service writers. I actually don't even have a Chevy and was recommended to give them a shot at service anyways. I mad an early morning appointment with Josh and he was sharp at 7:30am the moment I walked in the door. I was already feeling uptight about being late to work and Josh instantly took that feeling away when he gave me the option of getting a ride to work and picked up whenever I was finished to get my car. This was huge because it was one less thing I had to worry about. After the simple, quick 5 minute checkin process. He introduced me to my courtesy driver and I was off to work. I had an hour or so to kill around 1pm, I called the dealership and within 15 mins I was picked up. When I arrived, Josh was finishing up with a customer and the Sales manager Adam happened to welcome me, and offered me a bottle of water. It was nice to be offered water and not harassed to go on a test drive. It was a good feeling to see all the Elkins team members (lot attendants, service writers, sales, and clerical) working together. Seemed like a great working environment. A few minutes go by and it was nice to have Josh walk over and get me rather then screaming my name on the loud speaker. The oil change was priced almost exactly what I always have paid and instead of trying to get a few extra hundred off me, he said on your next oil change visit we can discuss putting on some quality inexpensive tires and its something to take a look at down the road - rather then making me feel guilty or uncomfortable into replacing them on the spot. My lease ends in a year and I did see some pretty toys on the lot. I'm looking forward to working with an Elkins sales associate on the purchase of a new vehicle when my lease ends. Thanks again for a really enjoyable experience. More
