Worst experience ever! I had the most absolute worst experience with your service depaetment. To me it felt like just because I was a female by myself without a man by my side they just wanted to get me out of the door and didnt want to have to deal with my car. I will never be back to your service department let alone purchase a vehicle from your dealership. I will never recommend your service department to anyone because of how Mr Josh Elkins treated me. I think its fair to say your service department needs to work on their customers service and their people skills. I was transferred to Josh who scheduled me an appointment for the very next I contacted Elkins Chevrolet due to a check engine light and rough idling. I was transferred to Josh who scheduled me an appointment for the very next morning. I arrived at 7:55 am and my vehicle was diagnosed & repaired before 10 am. Not only did Josh take the time out to explain my repairs, but he advised me of my routine maintenance and warranty coverage’s. I will definitely be back for all my vehicle needs.
