To get a phone call at nearly 4 pm saying you don’t have the recall part for my vehicle was horrible customer service. On top of that, oh no there are no loaner vehicles. My appointment was made 2 weeks a the recall part for my vehicle was horrible customer service. On top of that, oh no there are no loaner vehicles. My appointment was made 2 weeks ago. I am in the system so you had my Vin numbers and make and model. No, my Car is not brand new, it is a very clean older car with low miles. We see how you take care of those people. Never again. I should have stayed away as warned by my brother!! Extremely poor customer service. More
