No explanation of why rebates were not in addition to "sale" price. Unable to speak to manager on Duty. Salesperson was courteous and knowledgeable but only conveyed sales office options for sale which lacked transparency and answers to posed questions. Overall..I got the vehicle I wanted, however the undercover behaviors of HB sales department leaves me to judge this dealerships business ethics very dissatisfying. This was not an enjoyable experience. More
