Excellent Customer Service I had been researching a new car for months, and when I was finally ready to pull the trigger I found the exact car I wanted to take home. We drove up to Don Mealey Sport Subaru and were immediately greeted by James Menzies. In a few short minutes we realized we were both originally from New England! What a small world. We let him know the specific car we were looking for... and of course it had sold earlier that day. He showed us other options on the lot and came to find my new ride sitting right up front. We went inside the office and James/team put together a fair offer for us to review. We felt no pressure through the purchasing process and he gave my boyfriend and I some space to discuss. We made our decision and started the process of signing the papers. Despite the office closing at 8 we were there until 9:30 getting the deal done (not their fault we walked onto the lot at 7). When James needed to leave for the day he put us in the capable hands of Angel to finish the process. Between Angel and Jon Frisby they did not rush us through the process, and made sure we fully understood everything about the car and walked us through the details of the financial deal. We had a great experience and I LOVE my new Subaru. :) More

This was by far the best customer service I have ever had at a dealership. We were just taking a look. Truly not planning to drive away in a new car. Well, that is exactly what we did. We drove off with a Subaru Impreza Sport. It was exactly what I was looking for. Trevor Jeffery our Sales Consultant was very attentive. He allowed us the time to explore and was so pleasant to work with. Christian the Sales Manager was also very pleasant and to the point. I like that. Jonathan Frisby our Finance gentlemen wow he made the 2+ hours at the dealership fly by. I have had that hated feeling of dealership from many experiences is the past and it is always made me not want to deal with dealerships. But I can honestly say that it was the exact opposite. Jonathan kept us entertained and it felt great making the decision to lease from the team at Sports Subaru. If you have ever thought of buying a Subaru please go to Sports Subaru. My husband has always been a fan of the brand and I finally agreed to take a test drive. I was looking at bigger vehicles such as the Honda pilot and Mazda CX9. But, once I added all of the features that I got with my Outback the cost was at least $10k higher and got much lower mpg. The Outback has much better interior room than most in it's class and drives like a beast! I feel like I've gotten the best of everything! I absolutely love my Subaru! More
