Wendell not only explained in great detail the vehicle features, he also demonstrated each feature during my test drive. I found Wendell to be an extremely pleasant gentleman and knowledgeable salesman who showed keen interest in my customer satisfaction. Everyone I dealt with from my initial inquiry, thru Sales, then Financing, and finally Management, was exceedingly friendly, helpful, and made me feel like they had my best interest in mind. We start out long before we must buy a car to do research and ask neighbors and co-workers about their experiences. We started our search several years ago and spoke with Christine Brightwell who is now the Internet Sales Manager. We were impressed from the start. In comparing many brands, Subaru stands out as being superior in safety, reliability, owner satisfaction, and is recommended by a leading consumer magazine and several safety organizations. Subaru also includes emphasis on pet-friendly vehicles and accessories. In comparing several Subaru dealerships, Sport Subaru tops the list. We spoke to many Sport Subaru owners who are very satisfied with their buying experience and customer service. These guys just restored my faith in the big Orlando Dealerships.
