GOLD STAR TO EVERYONE I WORKED WITH AT DON MEALEY SPORTS SUBARU – ESPECIALLY ORLANDO RODRIQUEZ!!! Yes, I would have liked to purchase a new Subaru as I really like the brand, however, my 94 yr. old Mom and SUBARU – ESPECIALLY ORLANDO RODRIQUEZ!!! Yes, I would have liked to purchase a new Subaru as I really like the brand, however, my 94 yr. old Mom and I needed a dependable small SUV with relatively low mileage we could afford. I purchased my pearl white 2014 Santa Fe Sport on February 15 from Orlando Rodriquez. From the time I spoke with him on the phone over several days, to the time we finally met and test drove the car, he was pleasant, witty, yet smart and professional. I went in with my Mother. Everyone at the dealership treated her like a queen! They let me take the vehicle to my mechanic to check it out. Hector helped us with the financing so we could drive it home on a Friday night back to the Villages. Orlando took the time to come all the way to the Villages to deliver paperwork and plates so Mom and I didn’t have to drive back the hour on a rainy Saturday or her church Sunday. Throughout all and on past the purchase Orlando was available by phone and/or text for any question I had. This is the way purchasing a care should be! More

David was extremely patient with us and answered all of our questions. I already knew the Outback model I wanted when I came into the dealership but David helped us select the perfect car for us. David even helped us transfer all this stuff in the car that we had driven in as we were not expecting to actually purchase that day. I'm actually looking forward to the days that I need to come in to get service as the lobby area is very clean and you have nice goodies and good coffee. It was definitely a five-star experience all the way around. I love my new Subaru. More

Everything at Sport Subaru was above the board from the ease of submitting a request through the website to being able to connect with the sales department via text messages...easy to text at work, talking ease of submitting a request through the website to being able to connect with the sales department via text messages...easy to text at work, talking on the phone? not so much. Dorothy was great to talk with and handled my internet request quickly without being pushy. David was great. He showed us around the dealership, introduced me to the service department, and took me to the car before we even thought about paperwork. He answered all my questions without me getting the feeling that I was "that customer". Hector. Hector is speed. This guy got my financing through faster than my WRX drove me on the way home. Went over the additional packages thoroughly and honestly and helped me get the right extras at the right rate. The whole time we were there, we felt at home (even when my daughter was throwing a temper tantrum in the middle of the showroom because we wouldn't let her walk all over the cars with her shoes on :-D). Highly recommended. More
