This was my second new Subaru purchased at Sport Subaru, and both have been extremely rewarding. The facility is amazingly clean and well appointed, and during my visits, I have noticed that customers are given that so important non-aggressive attention they appreciate. In particular, Trevor Jeffrey, the associate handling both my purchases could not have been more knowledgeable and attentive. The interaction with General Manager Cristian Gysling indicates why the staff and facility are top notch. I will continue to recommend without hesitation, Sport Subaru to my acquaintances. More

We had been looking at small SUV's from several manufactures, but we were particularly interested in Subaru as we had owned a Subaru years ago and had loved it. We had been looking at 2016 models at other dealerships thinking we would get a good deal, but this dealership only had 2017 Foresters in stock. Christine and her management were able to work with us to get to a price we were comfortable with. Every one at the dealership was very friendly, one of the best car buying experiences we have had. I highly recommend doing business with them if you are looking for a Subaru or Mitsubishi. MY EXPERIENCE: I started off dealing with David (Internet Sales). I dealt with David over the phone and by email and he sent me a quote. He was very responsive to all my questions, professional and friendly and never pushy. When I was ready to actually purchase the vehicle and close the deal I worked with Trevor (Sales Consultant), an outstanding employee. He was professional, friendly and handled everything for us, from filling out the application, arranging to have the front windows tinted, an extra I decided to have done before taking the vehicle, to making sure the car was ready when I wanted to pick it up. On the day of pickup Trevor spent at least 30 minutes with me going over all the features of my new car and helping me set up my Bluetooth (a feature I never had before) and downloading all my contacts from my iPhone. He was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions. I loved working with Trevor. If you decide to do business with Sport Subaru ask for Trevor. Trust me you will not be disappointed and he will take good care of you. When we were ready to complete the sales deal we worked with Jonathan (Jon), the Finance Manager, another outstanding employee. He again was professional, friendly, answering all our questions about other options they offer and we never felt rushed. We spent about 2 1/2 hours at the dealership that day. We also found out that Trevor has worked for the dealership for 8 years and Jon has worked for them for 15 years - an excellent testimony for the dealership. Happy employees make happy customers! A strong incentive in dealing with this dealership is that they DO NOT CHARGE a dealer fee and they give a lifetime warranty on the Powertrain. Everybody we dealt with could not have been any nicer. When I first called to check if the vehicle I was interested in was still available, Christine Brightwell answered my call with enthusiasm and a wealth of knowledge. We spoke for a few minutes and already I knew that this would be where I would be purchasing my next vehicle. We set up a time to come in and look at the car (2017 WRX STi Limited) and I set off toward the dealership, which was conveniently located just west of downtown Orlando. Upon arriving I was greeted and Christine promptly came outside to show me the car and introduce herself. She made my family and I feel as though we were apart of her family, not to mention she stayed nearly 4 hours past the end of her shift to accommodate me. Christine and her team got me the trade in price I wanted and an amazing price on the vehicle. I am now forever a customer of Christine and Sport Subaru and would recommend anyone who is interested in a new vehicle to visit her specifically. I'd also like to thank Christine's manager and Mr. Frisbee who all went out of their way to make this an incredible car buying experience. A+++ More
