6 hours agoNEW I've had ongoing issues since January with my vehicle and the service department is the worst at communication. They did not fix the issue, and it occurred again in February almost causi with my vehicle and the service department is the worst at communication. They did not fix the issue, and it occurred again in February almost causing an major accident due to the same issue I was assured was fixed. Now they have had my vehicle for weeks, and never call me with status updates. I am told I need to call KIA corporate to have this addressed and escalated. KIA corporate advised more than once they did not hear from them. I have to call and call to find out status, and basically stalk the service department and they tell me they know nothing. Then they try to get me to talk to sales about buying a new KIA from them. Even the service manager does not return messages. I'm in the lowest grade rental car and not something comparable to my hybrid crossover vehicle. I've had so many issues that have not been fixed and the lack of communication and service is inexcusable. Once this issue finally gets resolved I will never deal with them again. More
