Had a giant nail on back passenger tire about 2 inches from the sidewall. After waiting in the service bay for 10 minutes no one came out so I walked in to get help. Johnathan was the closest and got my i from the sidewall. After waiting in the service bay for 10 minutes no one came out so I walked in to get help. Johnathan was the closest and got my info told me it would be 1.5 hours and sent me to the waiting area. 2 hours and 10 minutes later Johnathan told me they were working on it after I ASKED for an update. Hadn't heard from him since my arrival. About 30 minutes later he told me my tire wasn't in stock and they could plug it or put a different brand on. I was already told it couldn't be plugged because it's too close to the sidewall and why I came to the dealership because of the road hazard warranty I purchased through Kia. Five minutes later my car was ready with a mismatched tire but atleast I was done. More
