Literally 2 days after my oil change on Wed. June 31st, my coolant indicator came on and when checked there was no coolant in the container. Yesterday my oil light came stating that my oil leve June 31st, my coolant indicator came on and when checked there was no coolant in the container. Yesterday my oil light came stating that my oil level was low and when checked, it's nearly bone dry! To say I am upset is an understatement! My son's Kia Forte engine gave out twice and is currently at Regal Kia for repairs and thank God I purchased the extended warranty, since at first he was being blamed for not putting coolant in his car, even though he has his oil checked on time at Regal Kia each time uts due. Negligence on the part of your service department can potentially cost me thousands of dollars I don't have! I can't wait to speak to someone Monday morning about all of this. I need answers! More
