I came for 2 recalls and a general review. Once the recalls where done i asked and paid for fixing a hanging bumper. It seem it worked but the day after it didn’t. I came a second time for fix Once the recalls where done i asked and paid for fixing a hanging bumper. It seem it worked but the day after it didn’t. I came a second time for fixing that bumper and the engine alert that just got turned on after the review?. Day after, the bumper seemed OK but the gas deposit was damaged and I was unable to refill. I came a third time for fixing the deposit and they fixed without cost and filled the full deposit. Conclusion: Maybe they could have been more efficient at solving my problems at once but they compensated it every time with no extra charge and really nice disposition and willingness to help from Jonathan that made sure that my problems were solved every time i was visiting. From what it could had been a really unpleasant situation Jonathan managed to fix it. More

I drove into Kia as my SUV’s battery would not keep a charge. They got my car fixed, took care of outstanding recalls and washed my car. It was done in no time! The atmosphere as well as the people that are doing the servicing there always make me extremely comfortable and it's almost like I'm not having to sit at a dealership while being serviced.
