I took my car in and was told I needed a new engine. They were contacting Kia to see if there was a warranty available for the engine. They had my car for 5 weeks. During that time I was able to get ahold of the service tech on my car, Jonathan, three times. Three times in 5 weeks. Having no communication whatsoever was incredibly frustrating, not to mention when I asked their sales team about possible trade in options they told me the most they could give me was $1 which was truly so annoying after all I had went through to even get a single answer. The situation itself was not the problem it was the lack of communication and any guidance and help that gives them this review. More

I received text updates, including the areas that they found in the inspection and the options of whether I wanted the services performed. And then soon after that, my car was ready to go. I think I waited less time than originally promised. My car was very clean inside and out when I got into it and it was easy to get in and out of the lot. Jonathan did an amazing job explaining everything to me and he personally brought my car back to me. More
