I found the vehicle I have been looking for over the past several months and feel the price was acceptable. I would have appreciated knowing when I closed the deal what the costs of all the extras were, tire several months and feel the price was acceptable. These were only discussed with the finance manager after I agreed to purchase the vehicle from my salesman. I still would have purchased the vehicle, I love my new Buick Verano, but I would have had a better appreciation of the full and final cost when I went into the finance manager's office. More

The first time that I came in to look at used cars, the front desk called Ian and he came with papers in hand ready to sell an used car to me. Ian was really friendly all the way through even if things wen front desk called Ian and he came with papers in hand ready to sell an used car to me. Ian was really friendly all the way through even if things went wrong with other customers that he was helping. He asked me what kind of a car I was looking for and he went through his papers to look for a car that would suit my needs and never did he look for anything that wouldn't suit my needs. I only met with Rob just a couple of times but each time he was really friendly and did his best in any way that he could. The same goes for Jona, he was very helpful in his way and answered all my questions in the best way he could. The only thing that could have been better is the fact that Rob the fleet manager gave me a piece of paper with on it a description of how they could finance it but when I went to Jona the finance manager, the banks didn't want to finance a 2006 through the dealer as they only want to finance 2008's and newer. More
