It was a pleasant experience and we were very pleased with the purchase of our vehicle. In early February of 2020, I contacted John as I was looking to trade in and purchase a new Ram. We arranged a convenient time for us to come and meet with him and after a couple of test drives, we had decided to purchase another vehicle from Ontario Chrysler. John provided serval options for vehicles and various payment options. The staff and management team were great to deal with and we are very happy with our purchase.
