I was on a waitlist for over 3 months, waiting for the new RX 450+ to arrive. John communicated very well on the status, so that I was not left wondering when I might get a vehicle. I really appreciated those updates, so my expectations were not out of line. He was very thorough during the purchase process and in explaining features. I also appreciate that he has followed up after the sale, to let me know he is ready to answer any questions about the vehicle and that he is there to help. Feeling like the relationship is not over after the money changes hands is important to me and a sign of great customer service. More
