They focus on providing quality service, always greet you with a smile, listen to your concerns, and ensure that you have a loaner car so that you are not inconvenienced while your car is under repair. They are also smart in providing a newer model of your current car as a loaner. My husband loved my 2013 MKZ for me but hated a few of its features. On my last service experience, he had the opportunity to drive my loaner car, which was a new MKZ and loved it for himself! All the features he hated had been replaced. Now he is thinking of trading in his Taurus for his own MKZ. Looks like we will be returning customers for a long time. More

They Saved Our Vacation! My car was in for service for a major problem right before we were to leave for vacation.
