Quick and easy After calling two other dealerships much closer to me and being told they couldn't get me in for 2 or 3 more days, I called Klaben. They agreed to see After calling two other dealerships much closer to me and being told they couldn't get me in for 2 or 3 more days, I called Klaben. They agreed to see my car right away. I was greeted promptly when I pulled up. Joe French quickly showed me to an inviting waiting room where they had fresh coffee, donuts, juice, soda, a business area and TV to pass the time. I got to visit with my favorite Sales guy, Kenny King while I waited. He took time out of his day to sit down and chat for a few minutes. They figured out the problem immediately and replaced a part to fix my issue. They washed my car and I was out and on my way in less than 2 hours. No one wants to visit a dealership service department, but if you have to, Klaben makes is very comfortable. More
