I previously owned the Ford Taurus - actually three of them so it was a tough decision buying a Fusion over the new Taurus. The new Fusion basically is the old Taurus. Bob spent extra time with me at delivery explaining the multitude of things the car does. Even had to meet with him later to "retrain" me. Definitely will refer him to others and return to him when I purchase my next Fusion. Always have Klaben service my vehicles too. They are very competent. More

Took my car in to get oil change/tire rotation and some warranty work. Joe French scheduled my cars so I could drop the first off, get it serviced, and drop off the other to have work done on it when I pic warranty work. I would recommend Joe every time for a pain free service experience. Also the mechanic that worked on my car was Greg Donovan. I ask for him every time. Fixed right the first time every time! More
