Their staff members are like a fine-tuned machine, running more than efficient! Don Batten was my salesperson. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. He heard my needs and helped me determine the vehicle that would work best for me, while also making sure it was what I wanted and that I was happy. Richard Klaben also met with me! Meeting the owner at a dealership who wants to personalize a relationship is almost unheard of. He was very kind and genuinely concerned with my satisfaction with the vehicle. Jen Bowen, in finance, already had the paperwork printed when I walked in. She was great, taking the time to answer all my questions and some! This is by far the best car buying experience ever.. I will definitely be back!! Also, Joe French in the service department is pretty awesome too! See him for service. You won't be disappointed. More

I have consistently been impressed with the quality of service and repairs at Klaben. Joe French, the service representative I work with always helps explain the status of my vehicle, and proactively plans with me for what maintenance it may need in the near future. Even during a wicked winter weather, when AAA was unable to help me, two of the service team staff drove 35 minutes to my place of employment to pick up my vehicle and return it to inspect the brake system, and expected nothing in return. Thanks to Gene, Joe, & the entire team at Klaben, you have made me loyal to Klaben Ford! More

Quality Service with a Smile I would like to start this review with the fact that for years I was a Buick owner. Switching to Ford (a Fusion) and getting a new car from Klaben wa I would like to start this review with the fact that for years I was a Buick owner. Switching to Ford (a Fusion) and getting a new car from Klaben was one of the best decisions I have made. Their service, especially the body shop, has been very good. They took my car for repair and I did not have to wait for an appointment. I didn't have it sitting around while I drove the loaner. Their concern for me is outstanding and I am a first time Ford owner. I believe that we owners of Klaben products, all get the same TLC. I have had other new cars and no one has cared for me and my car like Klaben employees have. I will return for my next new car, my next oil change and tire rotation and whatever else I need. By the way, the cookies and donuts in the waiting area are very good! Service with a smile and a treat component. More

Dan knows the Ford/Lincoln products better than most and can immediately answer any questions we may have! Our most recent purchase was a 2015 Lincoln MKC. Cars today are not just a car body with an engine, steering wheel and transmission, rather they are technological marvels. Dan Peters knows the Lincoln technology so well it is as if he designed everything himself! Dan's interpersonal skills are beyond compare and he ALWAYS makes you feel at ease! Dan knows how to execute to totally positive customer experience, his honesty and sincerity are extremely noticeable form the first "Hello"! I have repeatedly told Rich Klaben (owner) that Dan Peters is, "a sales consultants sales consultant" in the same regard as referring to an excellent doctor as a "doctor's doctor! Dan will do whatever it takes to make sure you are comfortable with the transaction even in situations where have changed our minds mid-stream I might add, and leave with a totally different vehicle, not at Dan's urging but our indecisiveness at the time. We have referred family and friends to Dan and we always hear how much they enjoy working with Dan and ask for him at the next occasion they are purchasing a vehicle!
