Clearly, he was not pushing us toward any model that maximized dealership margin and was most concerned about satisfying my wife’s needs and concerns. After the sale, he provided sound advice for planning our shipping of the car North to New York. He was just an A plus guy. Three weeks later, he's still communicating with helpful hints to better enjoy our BMW Z4. Our paperwork was handled by Joe Cleaver and he also did great. In addition to the normal paperwork involved in the purchase and shipping, he quickly resolved an out-of-state registration snafu so we could drive the car immediately upon arrival in New York.
