Friendly, attentive, answered all of my questions, etc. When we came back that afternoon after work to complete the paperwork, Derek had everything waiting for us and took us over to the Finance Manager, Joe Cleaver, who had everything done as much as he could, but also made the process fun, since no way to shorten it. All ijn all, we left happy people in our new Mini Cooper convertible. Love the car and love the dealership! More
