I initially went to Wolfe Buick because my niece works there. I was in the market for a new vehicle and believed I would once again purchase from the Chevy Farm. However I saw a white Terrain and really l there. I was in the market for a new vehicle and believed I would once again purchase from the Chevy Farm. However I saw a white Terrain and really liked the looked. That was our first rime I meeting Tony. I was waiting for a couple weeks to actually start the buying process. When I was ready to start the buying process, Tony was going on holidays. He said I can hand you off to another salesperson. I know salesperson work on commission, as Tony had already taken time with us I did not wish to change. I waited for his return. I am glad I did Tony was excellent. After test driving a Terrain and an Encore, I chose the Encore. While I waited for the Encore to come in, I changed my mind. Realizing I would never fit 3 big dogs in the Encore. When I asked Tony if it was okay to change my mind so close to the vehicle arriving. He never hesitated, he said you have to completely satisfied with what you purchase. He began looking for a Terrain for me. He found me my Terrain and I love it! I appreciate that Tony took my changes in stride. And never made me feel like I was annoying. My husband was annoyed with me changing my mind, but Tony was not. it was nice He is excellent. Next year we will be in the market for a new Sierra and Tony will be our salesperson. More
