Great experience! I love the Lexus experience! The car drives like a dream. I have always owned my own Lexus and have come from a family that has owned, but this is I love the Lexus experience! The car drives like a dream. I have always owned my own Lexus and have come from a family that has owned, but this is my first experience leasing a car. I dealt with Kevin Losee and he was very patient with me and honest and upfront about the cost of the car and explained about the benefits for my needs and why leasing would benefit me. I think its important for a dealership to explain to customers upfront what the expenses are and he did. The manager at this dealership was also very helpful and I find the staff very friendly and accommodating. I like the idea when you go in for service with your car that they have work areas so you don't waste anytime. Joanna Oates is very accommodating in the service department. I love the freshly baked cookies they have during the week when you have your car serviced! Its a nice treat. More

Person answering the phone very polite, and professional. She transferred me to the individual to make the appointment. Again, friendly, asked me about the problem, and accommodated me with a morning appointment on short notice. They told me I should be out within 45 minutes of my appointment. I arrived, was met by a very nice gentleman. Problem was addressed, fixed, and I was out in half an hour. I have dealt with other Lexus dealerships in the past, this was my first experience at this dealer. Needless to say this is my only choice for any future service and or vehicles. They are far above the others. More
