Great at selling the vehicle.. after that . Pleasant sales experience followed by zero sales contact to see if you love, hate or are indifferent to the car. Service is a strange breed of cat. Pleasant sales experience followed by zero sales contact to see if you love, hate or are indifferent to the car. Service is a strange breed of cat. They have an online scheduling system which, apparently never works. When you check to see if you are scheduled they have no record. The phone route. I called and scheduled an oil change/tire rotation. Showed up on appointed date and time and told they had no record of my appointment. Slotted me in and at the conclusion when I got home, saw they forgot to put 2 of the tire stem covers back on. Details? Lastly, for an oil change/tire rotation block at least 2 hours out... slow is an understatement. Lastly, while in the purchasing the vehicle sales and service are chatting, bubbly, etc. After the purchase you are lucky to even get acknowledged and on a good day may get an eye roll and grunt. More

HORRIBLE AND MISLEADING They promised us lube for life ,after servicing our 2012 Durango the engine failed and lost oil pressure and was towed to their shop. They replaced the engine oil cooler assembly but the engine will not start, they check and find out that the engine was damaged, they decided to charged us for the engine. NOTE:FROM DATE WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE NO ONE HAVE CHANGE THE ENGINE OIL...….ACCEPT PELLEGRINO SHOP . More
